Summary
Jiro Marshall was a character possessing enhanced strength and durability who appeared during the early stages of the Yokohama Disturbance Chapter. He was implied to be a spy for the USNA. Following his encounter with Erika and Leo, Lu Gonghu tracked him down, murdered him, and incinerated his body to destroy the evidence.
