Summary
Hajime Kakei makes his debut in chapter five as the Student President of Hakusenkan, where he ranks first in Class 2-A. He suffers from frequent hospitalizations due to his frail health and typically uses his wealth to manipulate situations to his advantage. After no one attends his talk show, he starts issuing various challenges to the SA, a move that reinforces the student body's reluctance to participate since the SA members themselves refused to attend. Although he develops a crush on Hikari because of her open and kind demeanor, he is constantly intimidated by Kei, which prevents him from ever expressing his feelings. Despite his high status, he is unpopular among his classmates, as most of them do not share his hostility toward the SA.
