Hailing from Planet Otto, Ruu is an alien infant possessing the powers of levitation and telekinesis. He forms a profound bond with Miyu and Kanata, viewing them as parental figures and frequently offering his aid, though his interventions often occur at inopportune moments, creating significant difficulties for the pair. Despite his young age, he possesses a complete understanding of human speech.
