Summary

Heymans Breda stands as one of Roy Mustang’s most trusted subordinates, recruited specifically for his sharp intellect, which is evidenced by his proficiency in chess and other strategic games. Despite his mental acuity, Breda harbors an irrational fear of dogs. He is frequently assigned missions requiring international travel by Mustang, often exhausting all his days off in the process, a testament to his unwavering dedication. Following the dissolution of Mustang’s group by the homunculi, Breda is transferred to Western Headquarters. In the manga, he ultimately defects from the military to assist Mustang in his plot to overthrow King Bradley.
