Summary
McGillis Fareed is a young officer from Earth serving in Gjallarhorn, piloting the EB-05s Schwalbe Graze and the V08-1228 Grimgerde. On the surface, he appears polite, courteous, and even charming, though his intense seriousness about his duties often gives him a cold-hearted appearance to those unfamiliar with him. He is analytical and thoughtful, generally more reserved than his friend Gaelio Bauduin, yet he occasionally displays a cheeky smile and possesses a sense of humor. Beneath this professional exterior, however, lies a man consumed by extreme anger, the root of which remains unknown but likely drives his primary motivation to destroy and reform Gjallarhorn. Despite his cold demeanor, he cares for those he knows and refuses to accept things at face value. Known for being fastidious, he relentlessly pursues the truth using whatever resources are available. When calculating or thinking critically, he has a habit of picking at and toying with the strand of hair hanging in front of his face with his right hand.
