Summary
Arthur Lynch served as the commander of the Free Planets Alliance forces deployed in the El Facil starzone during the Battle of El Facil in 788 UC. Following the engagement, he was taken prisoner by the Empire while trying to escape and was subsequently held in a POW camp. Years later, Lynch was repatriated to the Alliance through a prisoner exchange arrangement. Upon his return, he acted under the orders of Reinhard von Lohengramm to stage a military coup, an event that escalated into the Alliance Civil War.
