Summary
Kiryuu Touga is the President of the Student Council, characterized by his arrogance, handsome appearance, and a blood type of A. He is romantically linked to the Rose Bride, Kyouichi Saionji, and wields a Katana, the Sword of Dios, and a Longsword. In the anime adaptation, his drive to duel stems from a desire to possess the power of the World Revolution merely for the sake of holding power. Touga is motivated by a lust for strength, which leads him to commit cruel and unscrupulous acts.
