Summary
Mihaya Kakei serves as the second-in-command of the Legion Prominence, operating under the leadership of Scarlet Rain. By day, she works as a waitress at a cake shop that doubles as the secret headquarters for her group. She is typically depicted in a maid uniform for her job and is often seen riding a motorcycle. Known by the nickname Leopard, which she prefers, her personality is characterized by a cold, blunt, and distant demeanor, although she possesses a sarcastic sense of humor. Her Brain Burst avatar is a Level 8 Blood Leopard equipped with the Shape Change ability. In the non-accelerated world, her avatar appears as an anthropomorphic leopard woman with red fur who wears a leather bodysuit. She eventually establishes a rivalry with Sky Raker, the reasons for which remain unknown.
