Summary
Chitose Mihara is the warm and generous landlady of the apartment where Kobato resides, as well as an old classmate of Sayaka. She is a married woman with twin daughters named Chise and Chiho. Fujimoto also resides within her apartment complex. Her character appears to be a variation of Chitose Hibiya from Chobits, though she bears a different surname acquired after marriage. Her daughters share a resemblance to Freya and Elda from Chobits but are depicted with human ears, suggesting they are likely not machines.
