Summary
Hakase is an eight-year-old scientist whose remarkable intellect is often overshadowed by her childish behavior. She has a fondness for sharks and snacks, and frequently modifies her creation, Nano, by adding bizarre functions like a roll cake dispensing arm. Nano is typically unaware of these changes until they are activated. Despite Nano’s regular pleas, Hakase insists on keeping the conspicuous wind-up key on his back because she finds it cute. She does not attend school, having seemingly already graduated, and prefers to spend her days playing at home. Her family background remains unknown, although she shares a surname with the Principal of Tokisadame Highschool, suggesting a possible relation. She resides with Nano and Sakamoto.
