Summary
Kiyonaga Matsumoto serves as the superior officer to Inspector Meguire and his team. While his intimidating, brutish appearance and the scar running down his left eye might suggest otherwise, he is actually a caring, albeit somewhat stern, father figure. He is a widower with a single daughter. The facial scar was inflicted during a confrontation with a serial killer fifteen years before the start of the series.
