Summary
Tatsunori Kinniku is a distinguished member of the Seigi Choujin faction and originates from Planet Kinniku. Born on December 23rd, he serves as the father of Mayumi Kinniku and the older brother of Sadaharu Kinniku. His identity is marked by the KIN Mark on his forehead. Although he only appears in flashbacks during the main series, he gains greater prominence in the 2011 anime adaptation. During the finals of the 21st Choujin Olympics, known as The Big Fight, Mayumi recounts a tale of her father’s valor to Kinnikuman. She describes a past conflict where Tatsunori was nearly captured by enemies intent on removing his mask. To protect it, he employed his signature technique, Niku Curtain. Despite enduring relentless punches and kicks for several days, he never dropped his guard or lowered his arms, eventually forcing the attackers to retreat. In the anime, he also utilizes the Kinniku Guard for three months to defend his mask against a Space Samurai invasion on Planet Kinniku.
