Summary
Shibugaki acts as the schoolyard bully, typically tormenting younger children or Tamao. Upon first encountering Astro, he dismissed the robot as a stupid pile of micro-chips and refused to associate with him. Later, Kenichi convinced Shibugaki to accept Astro and allow him to join their gang. Additionally, Shibugaki harbors a fear of ghosts.
