Tatsumi, Seiichiro
Summary
Before his death at the age of twenty-nine, Tatsumi was an accountant who subsequently became a Shinigami and now serves as the secretary of the Shokan Division. He primarily handles administrative duties and works behind the scenes. He was the third partner assigned to Tsuzuki, collaborating with him for three months before resigning because he could not endure Tsuzuki’s suffering. Tsuzuki’s demeanor reminds Tatsumi of his mother, who came from a distinguished family and was perpetually sorrowful despite his efforts to care for her. Tatsumi ultimately killed her, or at least holds himself responsible for her demise, and this crime continues to torment him.
