Summary
Melk II represents the second generation of the renowned Melk sharpening lineage. As the adopted daughter of Melk the First, she possesses exceptional skill in her craft, though she remains unaware of her own proficiency. Melk the First has noted to Toriko that she stands on equal footing with him in terms of sharpening ability. She previously believed her father, who vanished for six years, had perished in the Heavy Hole. However, it was later revealed that he had gone there to forge a knife specifically for preparing the "Air" course of Bishikushin Acacia's Full-Course salad. Upon Toriko’s return from the Heavy Hole carrying the Melk Stardust, Melk II utilized the material along with a fang from a Deroth Dragon to forge a new knife for Komatsu, replacing his broken one.
