Summary
Tokumori Saigou is the father of Saigou Teruhiko and the proprietor of the okama club known as Kamakko Club, where he himself dresses in women's attire. A veteran Joui fighter from a generation preceding Katsura Kotarou, he was formerly infamous as the immensely powerful White Loincloth Saigou. Currently serving as one of the Four Devas of the Kabuki District, he operates under the moniker Fearsome God Mademoiselle Saigou.
