Summary
Zu Mei Chang serves as the Head Chef for the Asia Branch of the Black Order and operates as both a metallurgist and a manufacturer of Anti-Akuma Weapons. He is the great-uncle of Bak Chang. In his past, he was a prominent magician of the Chang clan, holding a high-ranking position and wielding considerable influence within the Central region. He acted as a mentor to a younger Leverrier, distinguishing himself by being one of the few individuals who addresses him by his first name, Malcolm. Zu Mei is also a culinary master and the teacher of Jeryy, who currently serves as the Head Chef at Headquarters. Although he had no direct involvement in the Second Apostle Project, he felt a deep sense of guilt and frequently visited the research lab kitchen to monitor the situation.
