Yoriko is a university acquaintance of Touka. During the :re arc, it is revealed that she is employed at a bakery which is frequently visited by Takeomi Kuroiwa, a Rank 1 Ghoul Inspector and the son of Special Class Ghoul Investigator Iwao Kuroiwa.
