Summary
Nagisa Natsunagi spent the majority of her childhood confined to a hospital ward room due to a severe heart condition and a physically fragile constitution that prevented her from attending school or venturing outdoors. A year prior to her encounter with Kimihiko Kimizuka, she underwent a heart transplant from an unidentified donor, who was later discovered to be Siesta. Through this procedure, Nagisa inherited one of Siesta’s "Seven Tools," specifically the musket gun.
