Summary
Making her debut in Chapter 2 of the manga and Episode 2 of the anime, this character is the owner of the tailor shop Mona & Monacca. She was initially considered by Loid as a potential candidate for an unmarried wife, but he ultimately rejected her due to her somewhat older age and a past arrest for political activities. When the Forger family visits her shop to purchase Eden Academy uniforms for Anya, she warns them about the bullying and discrimination prevalent within the school. Additionally, she appears to know Yor personally, as it is suggested that Yor is a regular customer at the shop.
