Summary
Jin Ootomo serves as Harutora’s homeroom teacher at Onmyo Preparatory School. He is a rather eccentric individual who maintains a relaxed demeanor, often appearing more laid-back than one would expect from an educator, to the extent that some might view him as irresponsible. Despite this casual attitude, he proves to be a reliable source of sound advice for his students and is recognized as an activist who opposes the school’s strict educational policies. Ootomo possesses a dark past as a former Magic Investigator and Divine General known as "The Shadow," having served under Daizen Amami while investigating the Twin Horn Syndicate. After resigning from his official post, he transitioned to teaching specifically to monitor and safeguard Natsume. His current physical condition includes a prosthetic leg, which he lost following a confrontation with Ashiya Douman.
