Summary
Toshikazu Chiba is the eldest son and heir to the Chiba Family. Serving as an Inspector for the Kanagawa Prefecture Police, he is known for his willingness to bend the rules in pursuit of justice. He collaborates closely with Assistant Inspector Inagaki, his senior officer, regarding whom Toshikazu views him more as a trusted partner than a mere subordinate.
