Summary
Road Kamelot is the first Noah revealed in the D. Gray-man series, making her initial appearance alongside Allen, Lenalee, and Miranda during the Rewinding City arc. Although she possesses the youthful appearance of a preteen, she is actually the oldest among the Noah. Road harbors a distinct affinity for candies and blood, along with a childish fascination with birthday-themed elements. Her supernatural capabilities are vast, allowing her to open doors to an alternate dimension at will and heal from injuries through complete regeneration. Her personal dimension manifests as a wrapped present, where she commands levitating candles that can be sharpened into waxen stakes. Within this space, she exercises absolute control over nonliving objects, directing her candle weapons to attack and manipulating her environment to appear from the floor, create copies of Lavi, or destroy his Innocence. Outside her dimension, she demonstrates telekinetic powers. Despite her villainous role, Road’s personality and home life resemble those of a normal family. She constantly demands entertainment, usually from the Earl’s parasol Lero, and forces Tyki to amuse her when Lero refuses. Like many children her apparent age, she procrastinates on schoolwork and frequently skips classes. However, she also exhibits extreme sadism, deriving pleasure from the suffering of others. This is evidenced by her stabbing Allen through the eye, killing an Akuma subordinate solely to provoke Allen, and nailing Miranda’s hands to a clock while writing profanity on the wall in blood. Her interactions with the other Noah members mirror typical family dynamics. She views Tyki as an older brother and shares a close bond with him, while the twins, Debit and Jasdero, often bicker with her in an affectionate, sibling-like manner. Her relationship with Skin remains unclear due to a lack of on-screen interaction. Road appears to have romantic feelings for Allen Walker, demonstrated by kissing him upon their reunion, a gesture that surprises Tyki since the Earl was the only other person she had kissed previously. Referred to as the First Child by Debit and Jasdero, Road is believed to be the first Noah to awaken in the current generation. This status grants her the unique ability to program Noah's Ark and earn the Millennium Earl’s favoritism. She serves as the embodiment of Noah’s "Dreams," and her nationality remains unknown.
