Summary
Marco Togni is a Section 2 agent who serves as the handler for Angelica, the organization's first child assassin. He previously served in the military until an injury to his left eye led to his suspension. Following this, his friend Dr. Bianchi recommended him for the role of Angelica’s handler. During his time caring for her, Marco spent considerable time developing a fictional narrative about "The Prince of the Land of Pasta," a character who subsisted solely on pasta. This creative endeavor captivated his then-girlfriend, Patricia, who eventually authored and published the storybook. Marco purchased a copy and read it to Angelica. As Section 2 evolved into a highly effective combat unit and Angelica demonstrated immense potential as an assassin, she also became the first girl to suffer from the conditioning process’s long-term memory loss side effects. Disillusioned by these setbacks, Marco grew disgusted with the situation, losing his desire to continue and adopting a detached, critical attitude toward her training.
