Summary
Nobuhiro Mashiro, who passed away at the age of 35, was the uncle of Moritaka. Although Moritaka initially believed that his uncle had taken his own life, he later learned that the death was actually caused by overwork. Mashiro published his works under the pen name Taro Kawaguchi. He harbored romantic feelings for Moritaka’s mother, Miho, but regretted that he waited too long to confess his love to her.
