Summary
Ridel LeCoulte works as an automail manufacturer in Rush Valley, residing on the town's outskirts alongside his father and wife. He is first brought to the attention of the Elric brothers and Winry in Chapter Eighteen when Paninya leads them to Dominic. When Ridel's wife goes into labor, his father rushes into town to locate a doctor but discovers the bridge has been destroyed by lightning. With no other options available, Winry steps in to successfully deliver the baby herself.
