Miyakonojou, Oudo
Summary
Oudo Miyakonojou serves as a senior in Class 13 and holds the position of chief antagonist during the Flask Plan Arc, representing the Thirteen Party of the Flask Plan. His early life was marked by isolation; between the ages of six and twelve, he survived alone on the streets after abandoning his parents, fearing their reaction to his Abnormality. During these seven years, he was supervised by local law enforcement while striving to master his powers, viewing this discipline as a trial to determine if he was worthy of his self-proclaimed title as king. Upon concluding this period, he was selected to address the student body of his middle school. Although his intention was to encourage his peers to live fully, he inadvertently commanded them to bow to him upon speaking. This incident revealed that rather than controlling his Abnormality, he had been controlled by it all along. Following this realization, Oudo spent an unknown three years before enrolling at Hakoniwa Academy. His role in the Flask Plan involved partnering with Maguro Kurokami, who was captivated by Oudo’s abilities. After Maguro departed from the organization, Oudo approached Mizou Yukuhashi and forced the student to read his mind. Since Oudo’s Abnormality neutralized Yukuhashi’s powers, the two formed a lasting partnership.
