Summary
Kevin McDougall is a sweeper who, alongside Train, Sven, Eve, River, and others, constitutes the Sweeper Alliance. Wielding two revolvers, his appearance blends classic cowboy aesthetics with a touch of urban style. In the manga, he assists Eve by carrying her after her confrontation with Leon. Although he is stabbed by Touma, he manages to survive the attack.
