Summary

Nobuchika Ginoza serves as a veteran Inspector alongside Akane, taking charge of coordinating all Enforcers within Unit 1. A longtime friend of Shinya, his intense animosity toward individuals with elevated Crime Coefficients and his fervent drive to expel them from society stem from his past failure to prevent his former partner from turning into a latent criminal. While he maintains a degree of trust in Shinya, he harbors an unexplained dislike for Shinya’s Enforcer partner, Masaoka.
