Mushanokoji, Shien
Summary
Shien Mushanokoji, who goes by the nickname Kid, is the son of an Olympic gold medalist in pistol shooting. His father trained him to be a winner in the sport, instilling in him the feeling that he was a failure whenever he lost a match. Eventually, he left his home and abandoned his surname. Drawing on his shooting background, he is famous for his "Quick-Draw Pass," a technique where he throws the football in just 0.15 seconds by using both hands to create a rapid spiral. He plays alongside his childhood friend, Tetsuma, who strictly adheres to a set path, allowing Kid to instantly deliver the ball to him. Kid maintains a very laid-back attitude and believes that something bad always follows something good. Unlike most other players who dream of reaching the Christmas Bowl, he initially lacks any specific goals, reasoning that setting a target only leads to it being crushed.
