Summary
Roujyu serves as a prominent member of the Shogun’s elite advisory council. He makes his debut in the opening scene of episode 24, accompanied by a young subordinate, to recruit Kariya for a critical mission: the elimination of Kasumi Seizou, alongside Mugen, Jin, and Fuu. When his aide expresses doubt about entrusting such a vital assignment to a man who appears to be nothing more than a gardener, Roujyu rebukes him for his youth and inexperience, pointing out that the subordinate is too young to recall Kariya’s terrifying legacy as the Hand of God.
