Summary
Yokoya, Norihiko debuts in Round III as a calm, dark-haired man with a profound obsession with domination, often seen carrying mice. Nearco identifies him as Akiyama's greatest rival, while Nao detects something strange about him early on. Akagi notes that Yokoya substituted for another player in their Revival Round. Although the other eight players initially conspired to hand over their votes to ensure his defeat, Yokoya bribed them across the first two rounds to collect all 80 votes. He then sold his surplus 29 votes to acquire everyone else's funds, leaving all but his most loyal follower in a 200 million debt to him. After allowing his loyal subordinate to drop out of the Liar Game, Yokoya maintains control over his teammates in Round III, establishing a dictatorship in the Northern Country. While he intends to withdraw with his winnings after Round III, Nao provokes him into continuing to Round IV.
