Summary
Ren Maaka, who is twenty-one years old and was born on November 1, stands as the eldest among the Maaka siblings. He harbors no reservations about consuming blood and firmly believes that vampires are superior to humans. His predilections are specific, as he prefers female victims, often seducing them and spending days in their company before finishing with them, while strictly refusing to drink male blood. Ren views biting as a metaphor for sexual intercourse and frequently engages in both acts simultaneously. He is often annoyed by Karin, criticizing her lack of vampiric abilities and her friendliness toward humans. Although he listens to his father Henry, it is usually Anju who calms him down when he is irritated or subtly prods him to act in certain ways.
