Summary
Shenhua is a Taiwanese assassin working for Mr. Chang who specializes in close-quarters combat using edged weapons. Her primary arsenal consists of a pair of kukri knives connected by a leather rope at the handles, and she is also proficient with throwing knives. She shares a professional rivalry with Revy, having collaborated with and opposed her on various occasions. A devout Taoist, Shenhua is known for her distinctive speech pattern that constantly shifts between Chinese and English, a trait reminiscent of Shampoo from Ranma 1/2.
