Summary
Claude "Torch" Weaver is a heavyset, middle-aged man with blonde hair and glasses who maintains a grin and an appearance resembling a stereotypical everyman. True to his nickname, he is a pyromaniac who primarily wields a lighter-sized flamethrower, though he resorts to a full-sized version for more demanding tasks. Despite his profession and the fact that he claims to have burned his own wife to death in just five minutes, Claude asserts his religious devotion, though his specific faith remains unknown.
