Rikiga
Summary
Residing in the West Block, Rikiga formerly worked as a journalist before transitioning into the role of publisher for a pornographic magazine. He secretly operates a prostitution ring that supplies young women to the officials of No. 6, a highly profitable venture that funds his luxurious lifestyle. While he is a devoted fan of the stage persona Eve, which is performed by Nezumi, his view of Nezumi himself is far less favorable; the relationship is marked by Nezumi’s open disdain for Rikiga. In his younger days, Rikiga was in love with Karan, and he maintains a particular fondness for her son, Shion.
