Summary
Makoto Otawara serves as the center heavyweight for the defensive line of the Oujo White Knights football team. Despite not being particularly intelligent, which creates an awkward dynamic given his role as Team Captain, he possesses a unique ability to motivate his teammates during matches. Otawara maintains a large posture and a jolly spirit, laughing through almost every situation and rarely displaying signs of depression. However, he exhibits somewhat grotesque habits, such as picking his nose, farting when excited, and frequently forgetting to wear pants. While he lacks the raw strength of Kurita, Otawara compensates with superior speed. When he charges at an opponent with a running start, the combined force of his body mass and velocity generates immense power.
