Amidonia, Julius
Summary
Julius Amidonia, who was later renamed Julius Lastania, served as the exiled and unofficial ruler of Amidonia prior to its annexation. He is the son of the late Gaius Amidonia and the older brother of Roroa Amidonia. Julius possessed a vain and egotistical personality, harboring grand dreams of conquest and sharing the same ideals as his father, although he was less hot-headed. His capacity to govern was severely lacking; he failed to understand the needs of Amidonian citizens or resolve domestic issues because he adhered to a 'military first' outlook. Following the disastrous invasion of Elfrieden and the annexation of his country, his demeanor became more subdued. Initially, he harbored a deep grudge against Kazuya for defeating him and stripping away his nation and birthright.
