Summary
Leo’s younger sibling is a boy who always carries a broken locket belonging to his mother, unable to open it. During a brief captivity by mercenaries in Central, he was rescued by Edward, Alphonse, and Scar. Although he was nearly killed, the impact of the rescue forced the locket open, revealing a family portrait of Rick, Leo, and their mother, along with pills meant to treat blindness. By the series' end, Edward secured military permission to transfer the brothers to Resembool, but they declined the offer. In the manga, Rick and an old man pull Scar from a sewer in East City after his initial clash with the Homunculi. They treat his injuries until mercenaries attempt to arrest Scar, prompting him to flee the slums and leaving the brothers unseen thereafter. The fair-haired, fair-skinned manga version is implied to be half-Ishvalan, as he comforts Scar by stating that he and his mother share Ishvalan heritage. His name does not appear in the manga.
