Summary

Oyuki serves as the queen of Neptune, a planet depicted as a frozen, snowy world inhabited exclusively by women because most men must leave to seek employment elsewhere. During their childhood years, she spent time with Lum, Ran, and Benten while they were all in grade school. Her design draws inspiration from the yuki-onna, or snow woman, of Japanese folklore, granting her the ability to manipulate and generate ice, snow, and extreme cold. Usually clad in a long, elegant kimono, she maintains a soft-spoken and regal demeanor, rarely displaying anger. However, when her temper is finally triggered, she reveals herself to be the most powerful character in the series. The severity of her rage makes her the only individual in the entire galaxy that Ran genuinely fears.
