Summary
Elizabeth is a plant technician hired to repair the facility in Inepril City. A beautiful woman, she attempts to lure Vash The Stampede to his death by sabotaging the plant. As a former resident of July, she blames him for her parents' deaths. She intended to let the sabotage proceed to get revenge, even hiring an assassin to distract him.
