Summary
Urabe Mikoto is a seventeen-year-old high school sophomore who stands at 162 cm and weighs 53 kg. She is quite an unusual girl who enjoys cutting things up with her "panty scissors," sleeping during class, and generally avoiding associating with anyone outside of her boyfriend and her one friend, Oka. Despite her quirky habits, Urabe is incredibly genuine and sincere to her beloved Tsubaki.
