Summary
Kazuya is one of Tsukushi’s childhood friends who enrolls at Eitoku High School after his family gains wealth from real estate ventures. The student body sharply distinguishes his new money status from their own old money heritage, a disparity that the F4 frequently highlights. Tsukushi feels relieved to have a familiar face at the school but remains concerned for Kazuya’s safety, particularly regarding Domyoji, who views him as a romantic rival. Although Kazuya is fiercely loyal to Tsukushi and harbors romantic feelings for her, he is somewhat oblivious and slow to notice social cues. He does not appear in the live-action drama adaptation.
