Summary
Chiyo's Father makes his initial appearance within a dream experienced by Sakaki, where he is presented to her as a pet while simultaneously claiming to be both a cat and Chiyo's father. Shortly thereafter, a stuffed doll resembling him is gifted to Chiyo for her birthday. He continues to make periodic appearances throughout the series, primarily manifesting in Sakaki's daydreams.
