Summary
The Westalian Diplomat first appeared in Chapter 1 of the manga and Episode 1 of the anime. While traveling through Ostania on his way to the embassy, his vehicle suffered a critical brake failure. The driver lost control, causing the car to smash through a bridge barrier and explode. WISE suspects that the incident was not an accident but an assassination carried out by Ostania's far-right political party.
