Summary
Born on May 14 with type A blood, Kurumi Minowa was a petite child, standing 141 cm tall and weighing 33 kg. She had a strong preference for sweets and cute things, while harboring a deep aversion to bitter foods and situations that did not go according to her desires. In grade school, she was the best friend of Ichiko, and both girls harbored romantic feelings for Yusuke. During a chocolate exchange, both received chocolates from him, but only Ichiko was given a kitty accessory for her hat by Yusuke. When Kurumi learned of this gift, she demanded it from Ichiko, threatening to end their friendship if she refused. Fearful of losing her only friend, Ichiko complied and handed over the accessory. Later, Kurumi confessed her feelings to Yusuke, only to be rejected. To save face, she lied to Yusuke, claiming that Ichiko had given her the accessory only because it held no sentimental value for him. Enraged by this perceived slight, Yusuke cut ties with Ichiko and refused to speak to her again. Kurumi then began to badmouth Ichiko behind her back, an act that left Ichiko unable to trust or form close bonds with anyone thereafter.
