Heckel, Otto
Summary
Heckel is a petty thief who crosses paths with Tenma in Chapter 17 after breaking into the residence of a murder victim that Tenma is currently investigating. Rather than being concerned with unraveling the mystery surrounding the monster, Heckel is primarily focused on securing quick profits by any means necessary. Despite their differing priorities, both characters are forced to depend on one another to survive.
