Summary
Kouta Tsuchiya is a male high school student at Fumizuki Gakuen, attending the second grade in Class F. Born on September 23, 1995, he stands at 5' 4" (162 cm) and weighs 106 lbs (48 kg), with an AB blood type. He has been friends with Akihisa since their first year of elementary school. Although his quiet and serene demeanor often causes him to go unnoticed, he earned the nickname "Muttsurini," a parody of Mussolini and short for "Muttsuri Sukebe," or "Reticent Pervert," due to his hidden lecherous nature. His academic performance is generally poor, mirroring Akihisa’s, yet his extensive knowledge of sexual matters results in unusually high grades in Health and Physical Education. He suffers from frequent nosebleeds when exposed to suggestive situations, sometimes bleeding so profusely that he requires multiple packs of blood to sustain himself. In English translations, he is also referred to as the "Voyeur" and "Pervert Ninja."
