Summary
Shrieker is a Hollow possessing frog-like features and retractable bat wings on his arms. He holds the distinction of being the fourth Hollow defeated by Ichigo Kurosaki and the second to disclose his past. Shrieker displays a high level of intelligence and, like other Hollows, is driven by an urge to kill. He reveals that he was a murderer in life. Extremely manipulative, he promises Yuuichi Shibata that he will revive Yuuichi's mother if the boy manages to escape for three months, doing so simply for the pleasure of killing anyone who intervenes. In combat, he employs underhanded tactics, such as threatening to detonate Yuuichi's cage to stop Chad from pursuing him while he hunts Rukia.
