Summary
Kiyoko holds the distinction of being the first woman to attain the rank of Special Class Investigator. She serves as the Chief of Division I within the 1st Ward. A former classmate of Kasuka Mado, she is highly admired by the female employees of the CCG for her numerous accomplishments.
